How can I change or cancel my flight?

For all airlines, you will be notified by us as soon as something changes in your itinerary within 30 days from now. You will not receive any updates for bookings with departures of more than 30 days. Do you want to change your flight booking yourself? Then follow the regular change / cancellation procedure. Due to the increased number of requests, it has been decided to give priority to all requests with a departure date within 30 days. We count on your understanding and will try to assist every customer as good as possible.

What happens if the airline cancels my flight?

Are you leaving within 30 days and has your flight been canceled by the airline? You will receive a personal message from us and we will initiate the refund procedure. There are no further actions needed from your side.
